Resin Transfer Molding

We utilize Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), a closed molding process, to manufacture our products. The process begins with creating a preform by stacking layers of raw fibers. Resin is then injected under pressure into the mold cavity containing the preform. This method results in parts with exceptionally low void content, making it well-suited for producing highly stressed composite components such as windsurfing fins. A laminate with minimal voids offers superior load-carrying capacity.

Hand-finished

The hand-finishing is essential to ensure that our products meet exacting standards for performance, appearance and fit. Although it is labor-intensive, the resulting quality and reliability make it well worth the effort for applications where performance matters most. Hydrodynamics play a huge role in our application. Hand-finishing serves as a final control step. It ensures that the surface is free from small bumps, ridges, or imperfections that could increase drag.
